Cruisin' Arizona Event Advertising

Get More Exposure for your Car Show and Gain More Attendance at your Event!

How do I Send a "FREE" Event Listing:

  1. Under the Cruisin' Arizona Header go to the Menu Item "Submit" then slide down to "Submit An Event". This will bring up a new page - under the "List Your Car Show...Free" Banner, click on the button "Free Listing" fill out the Form then Click on "Send Info", at the bottom of the page, to send us the information.
  2. A Free Listing does not include a Featured Car Show Listing, Online Event Flyer(s), Website Addresses, Email Addresses or inclusion in our Featured Car Show Email.

Levels of "PAID" Advertising:

Advertise Your Event with Online Flyers: $25.00 - One time Fee!
We will add your Event Flyer(s), Website and Email Addresses to your Listing. We will also add your event to our "Featured Car Show List" at the top of the "Car Show" page.

OR

Promote Your Event with Email Advertising: $50.00 - One time Fee!
Gain even more exposure for your Event through our Twice-monthly Email Advertising Service. We will add your Event Flyer(s), Website Link and Email Address to your Listing. We will also add your event to our "Featured Car Shows list" at the top of the "Car Show" page PLUS we will include your event in our Twice-monthly Email, that goes out to approximately 1900 automotive enthusiasts.

How do I Advertise my Event using a Credit Card or PayPal?

  1. Select the Level of Advertising that you would prefer - either "Advertise Your Car Show" or "Promote Your Car Show" - (see above).
  2. Click on the "Pay via PayPal" Button below the Banner and you will be guided through the payment process.
  3. You will then be taken to our "Car Show Information Form". Fill out the Form, completely, "Attach" up to 3 Flyers at the bottom of the Form then click on "Send Info".
  4. After filling out the Form you will be asked to made payment.
  5. When we receive the information we will set-up your listing.

How do I Advertise my Event and pay via Check?

  1. Select the Level of Advertising that you would prefer - either "Advertise Your Car Show" or "Promote Your Car Show" - (see above).
  2. Click on the "Pay Via Check" Button below the Banner.
  3. You will be taken to our "Car Show Information Form". Fill out the Form, "Attach" up to 3 Flyers at the bottom of the Form click on "Send Info".
  4. When we receive the information we will set-up your listing.
  5. Send a Postal Money Order, Cashiers Check, Club Check or Personal Check to Cruisin' Arizona, P.O. Box 2923, Payson, AZ 85547-2923.
  6. After we receive your payment we will add your Flyer(s), Website Link and Email Address to your Listing.

Flyer and Registration Forms:

  1. If you are advertising your Car Show on Cruisin' Arizona, as a "PAID" event and you have a flyer in .pdf, .jpg or .gif format you can attach it to the "Paid Car Show Information form".
  2. If you would like to include your Flyer and/or Registraton Forms, with your payment, we will be glad to scan them for you.
  3. If you have your Flyer and/or Registration Forms on a website, let us know. We can probably retrieve them from there.

Cruisin' Arizona Sponsorship

Promote your Business or Car Club by Sponsoring Cruisin' Arizona:

Cruisin' Arizona has thousands of visitors each month and it is the most widely used Information Source for Automotive Enthusiasts in Arizona.

Business Sponsorship:
$150.00 per year. Your provided Banner and information will appear on the "Sponsor" page of Cruisin' Arizona (the first page you see when visiting Cruisin' Arizona) plus, your Banner will be added to the next available month on the "Car Show" page. Your Banner that appears on both the Sponsors Page abd the Car Show Page will be "Linked" to your Website.

Car Club Sponsorship:
$100.00 per year. Your provided Club Banner will be added to the next available month on the "Car Show" page, "Car Club" page or the "Cruise Nite/Cruise-In" page and will be "Linked" to your Club Website. Your club will also receive "FREE" Car Show Flyer Insertion, Website Link and Email References for your next Car Show Listing on Cruisin' Arizona.

Banner Format and Size:
Your provided Banner will need to be in a .jpg, .gif or .swf format file. The Banner size is 468 pixels wide x 60 pixels high. Please Contact Us and we will let you know how you can send your Banner.

Payment Method: 
Postal Money Order, Cashiers Check, Personal Check, Club Checr, Company Check or PayPal.

Full payment must be received before advertisement will be posted.


Reciprocal Club Links

We invite ALL CAR CLUBS to do a reciprocal link exchange with Cruisin' Arizona, "FREE" of charge. This way everyone visiting the Cruisin' Arizona "Car Clubs" page can visit your site for your latest activities. If you already have a "LINK" to Cruisin' Arizona, on your website, please notify us via Email and we will add a "LINK" to your Website on our "Car Clubs" page.
